Easter Revision Courses 2020

Ipswich School is pleased to announce our 2020 Easter Revision Programme which is open to GCSE and A Level students from any school.

Ipswich School, Suffolk’s top independent school, is a perfect place to study. Our focused and intensive revision courses are designed to prepare students thoroughly for their GCSE and A Level exams and to help them realise their full potential. Easter Revision courses by Ipswich School motivate students and provide them with a structured learning environment to boost their knowledge and confidence as well as focus on examination preparation.

– A Level –

 

Week 1: Monday April 6th to Thursday April 9th (4 days)

Week 2: Tuesday April 14th to Friday April 17th (4 days)

A Level courses will take place over 4 full days in each of the two weeks. It will therefore be possible to take 2 subjects over the two-week programme.

 

– Subjects offered –

 

 Biology, Chemistry, Economics, Mathematics and Physics

– GCSE –

 

Week 1: Monday April 6th to Thursday April 9th (4 days)

Week 2: Tuesday April 14th to Friday April 17th (4 days)

GCSE courses will take place over either 4 mornings or 4 afternoons in each of the two weeks. It will be possible to take 2 subjects in any one week or up to 4 subjects over the two-week programme.

– Key Information –

 

  • Students from any school who are in their final year of GCSE or A Level can attend
  • ALL courses will take place at Ipswich School in Henley Road, Ipswich in well-equipped classrooms
  • A maximum of 10 students per class
  • Courses will be suitable for all examination boards unless otherwise stated
  • Timetable : 9.30am – 12.45pm; 1.15pm – 4.30pm (GCSE students 13 hours tuition per subject, A Level students 26 hours per subject)
  • Course content, study skills and examination practice covered
  • Each student receives a progress report at the end of their course(s)
